So, I shared a bit of news over on my food blog last week - it seems that Rob has overcome his lactose intolerance (at least for the moment). I know I've been sharing plenty of dairy-laden recipes with you on Monday's Menus, but truth is I haven't been making many of them. At most we would have one dish a week with only a little bit of dairy in it, and Rob would have to take lactaid pills to keep himself from dying.
But this week is different, you guys. My kitchen overfloweth with dairy after our weekly shopping trip, and I am excited to try recipes that I have lusted after lo these past couple years. That perfect potato soup is one I've been waiting on for a long time. And those Jalapeno Cheddar Chicken Burgers. And pizza? Are you kidding me? I'm excited you guys.
